Salon policies
Salon services are by appointment only and an initial consultation is required for all new clients.
Your hair must be freshly shampooed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment with minimal product, e.g. leave in conditioner or lightly oiled. Hair preparation is a separate service from our hair styling services. If your hair has excessive product, you will require a shampoo and if necessary a change of style depending on the time allotted for your booking.
Alternatively, you have the option to book hair care and preparation services, along with in the hair styling services you desire.
Extension braiding prices and vary by the style, size, and length of the style.
We DONOT encourage loitering, or clients being accompanied by anyone for their appointment.
Consultation is a MUST for new clients before booking appointments to discuss style and price.
Clients can book monthly in advance to secure appointment.
A 15 minutes grace period is given for clients who did not communicate about lateness,after that alotted time your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
Deposit policy:
Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all appointments, including braiding extensions, wigs, weaves and multiple services 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of services.
Failure to secure your deposit will result in a cancellation of your appointment without notice.
Hair extension preparation policy:
If hair extensions require advanced preparation, e.g. wigs, weaves, new afro hair extensions, hair must be dropped off at the salon location at Cunningham Village, Cayon, St. Mary's Parish, St. Kitts 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
